Accounts Receivable Management

  • Collection System/Dialer: Calls are managed through a modular dialing system totally integrated with the collection database. The dialer provides increased productivity and efficiency, allowing both inbound and outbound calling. Collection calls are recorded for quality assurance purposes.
  • Collection Procedures: If full payment isn’t possible, our professionally trained staff obtains the required information to negotiate reasonable payment arrangements within our clients’ specifications or guidelines.
  • Convenient Payment Options: Debtors have the choice of paying with cash, check, money order, credit card, debit/check card, check by phone, ACH transfer, wage assignments or in person.
  • Multilingual Collection Representatives: Our collection staff includes Spanish- and Hmong- speaking representatives.
  • Confidentiality and Compliance: Our entire staff adheres fully to Credit Bureau Data’s confidentiality policy and the Code of Operations and Code of Ethics and Professional Responsibility of ACA International, the Association of Credit and Collection Professionals.
  • Legal Action: In the event the debtor fails to follow through with payment arrangements or they do not respond to collection calls and letters, a review of the account is completed to determine if the account warrants further collection.
