Ontario Systems’ Flexible Automated Collection System (FACS) Receivables Management System
CBD uses a sophisticated collection software program that accurately tracks detailed account activity. The FACS system integrates account prioritization, processing, monitoring, user-defined reports, queuing options, predictive dialing, inbound call processing, electronic check writing and integration with collection-tool service providers. This advanced technology allows us to work more efficiently and affordably for our clients.
Guaranteed Contacts Content Management System
Guaranteed Contacts is an inbound/outbound contact management system designed with complete integration with CBD’s FACS receivables management system.
Automated Call Recording
Call recording is a standard operating and accountability procedure. This gives us the ability to replay any call if needed.
Enable File Format Module
Enable allows CBD to receive/send files from our client and process the data into or out of the FACS system without the delays other collection companies experience due to their need for custom programming. This module allows CBD to compare our client’s database with our own database to identify discrepancies.
Custom Reports
Our expertise and our advanced technology allow us the ability to produce custom reports promptly. We customize and generate reports in-house, which means you get the data and analysis you need quickly.
Credit Bureau Data has the in-house capabilities to create reports specifically designed/requested by the client. With all the options CBD has available between standard reports and custom reports, the information available is virtually unlimited. Reports will be processed upon request.
Security/Auditing Control
CBD uses the FACS Auditing Controls to track and monitor activity on the system. We are able to track who accesses the system, where access was made, what activity occurred and what information changed as a result.
Credit Bureau Data has taken all measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of our clients’ data. Our internal network and firewall/gateway protection is updated regularly and monitored 24/7/365. We have anti-virus, anti-spyware and messaging security; continuous IDS/IPS management and protection; and anti-SPAM protection.

Credit Bureau Data strives to make collection as convenient as possible for our clients. Consistent with that effort, we have 24/7/365 capability for our clients to access our secure website and:
- Access their account information to examine real-time data
- List new accounts
- Report payments
- Send or receive reports
