Collection Specialist/Customer Service Representative

 

Description: Credit Bureau Data, Inc. is seeking a dependable, self-motivated, detail oriented individual with excellent telephone and communication skills. This position is responsible for handling front-end inbound calls and working an assigned section of accounts in accordance with company guidelines by making outbound calls and responding to consumer calls, questions, and requests in a timely manner. This position requires strict compliance with federal and state laws in accordance with the collection processes and procedures.

Requirements: Applicants are required to have collection experience or a minimum one year work experience in a customer service or accounts receivable position. Paid in-house training is provided.

Must be 18 or older. Criminal and financial background checks required.

Wage/Benefits: $10.00-$13.00 hour depending upon experience, with incentive bonus and incentive payments, excellent and comprehensive benefit package that includes, but not limited to health, dental, retirement, and profit sharing options.
