Nancy Borgen, President/Owner of Credit Bureau Data, Inc. has been with the company since 1983. Nancy’s hard work and dedication to the industry lead her to purchasing the company in 2001. She recently received national certification as a Women’s Business Enterprise by the Women's Business Development Center-Chicago, a regional certifying partner of the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC).

Nancy is a leader within the industry and is actively involved at the state and national levels. She has served on the board of the Wisconsin Collectors Association (WCA) since 1984 serving two terms as president of the organization. Nancy also served as the executive director of the Wisconsin Unit. She recently completed a six-year term as the association’s ACA director, representing the interests of WCA on the national level.

Nancy has been actively involved in ACA International, the largest international association of credit and collection professionals since 1985. She served as president of the association in 2001-2002 and is a past member of the executive committee. Her dedication to the industry has lead to numerous state and national awards throughout the years.
