Our philosophy

Our record of success shows that our philosophy of treating people with respect and dignity has financial benefits too. Conducting collections professionally and maintaining the dignity of the debtor reflects well on the reputation of our clients and we believe, increases collections. We hear from debtors often that they will pay us first because of the respect we have shown them.

Confidentiality
Our employees are required to sign oaths of confidentiality and work according to the Code of Ethics and Professional Responsibility of ACA International, The Association of Credit and Collection Professionals.

We support and are committed to compliance with the following but not limited to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), Federal Trade Commission (FTC), Department of Financial Institutions (DFI) as well as other national and state rules and regulations. Credit Bureau Data strictly adheres to all aspects of the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) regarding release or reporting of information.

Confidentiality agreement

Our employees are required to sign oaths of confidentiality and work according to the Code of Ethics and Professional Responsibility of ACA International, The Association of Credit and Collection Professionals. In addition, a signed CBD employment agreement is required of each employee annually.
